On March 22nd, we witnessed the amazing couple, Marcelle and Luis begin the first chapter of their lives together. The gorgeous Porter Valley Country Club made for the perfect backdrop, with their magnificent fountain just begging to have your picture taken in front of it. Marcelle walked down the isle to Christina Perri’s “Thousand Years”, the romantic melody enhanced such a beautiful moment, bringing tears to the eyes of many, myself included. With their cocktail reception taking place right before sunset, their guests were able to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and mingle under enchanting fearie lights, before moving everyone indoors for the real party to begin. Danto ( www.dantophotography.com ) and his second shooter, Tommy, captured moment after moment with such precision, just looking at the pictures makes us feel like we are behind the lens. The newlyweds were such a beautiful and joyous couple who filled the space with such joy and energy. Catching moments of their infectious laughter was truly a magical. Dinner was served American style, with delicious plates of salad and fried chicken with vegetables & mashed potatoes satisfying even the fussiest of appetites. The photo booth props were so much fun to play with, we often caught guests and even the newlyweds, refusing to let go even on the dance floor. The wedding was all together dazzling, with jewel encrusted everything, from the wedding cake stand to the champagne glasses to the purple floral centerpieces. Purple wash lighting set the tone for such a regal yet warm wedding. This wedding truly radiated with love and energy, and I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to witness it firsthand. Marcelle & Luis were such a welcoming, beautiful, fun, and kind couple, you could see how much they love eachother in the way they looked at eachother. We were so happy to make their dreams come true.
